 SALSA AL PESTO

 

Ingredients:  

- 1 cullerada de pinyons

– 1 cullerada de nous

– 1cullerada de formatge parmesà ratllat

 – 2 o 3  grans d’all

– 1 got  d’oli

– unes fulles d’alfàbrega

-  sal, i pebre.

 Passar-ho tot per la batedora i servir amb pasta
